PLEASE DISPOSE OF ALUMINUM CANS IN THE COLLECTION BINS PROVIDED. THIS HELPS PAY FOR UPKEEP, SUPPLIES, GAS, AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO KEEP THE LAKE BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU.

Boat Docks

Boat Docks must be plotted per the Ericson Lake Board. Those who wish to put up a dock must apply for a permit from the Ericson Lake Corporation. The docks must meet the standards set by the board. A one time $100.00 deposit and an annual fee of $50.00 must be paid to the Ericson Lake Corporation. Docks must be removed from the lake by October 1st or the deposit will be forfeited. Docks must be stored on owners property (not on the shore) or in a specified storage provided by the ELC.

Hunting Blinds

Those who wish to put up hunting blinds must apply for a permit from the Ericson Lake Corporation. The annual fee is to be determined. All blinds must be taken down at the end of the hunting season. The rule is public domain, which means that even if you construct a blind, whoever gets to it first has the right to use it. Additionally, per state law, there is to be no hunting within 600 feet (200 yards) of any habitable structure unless you have the express permission of the property owner whose property is within the 600 foot limit.
