Services

Fishing

Better make sure your fishing line's test weight is sufficient! Excellent Bass, Northern, Crappie and Bluegill fishing here. You can also catch Catfish and Walleye below the dam.

Hunting

There is excellent pheasant and duck hunting around the lake. Be sure you have the land or property owner's permission before you hunt. Also, remember there is no hunting within 600 feet of any habitable structure unless you have the express permission of the land/property owner.

Boating

Remember, Lake Ericson is a NO-Wake lake and jet skis are not allowed. We offer a nice boat ramp for all types of boats. You can also enjoy the afternoon by taking a relaxing journey down the Cedar River in your canoe or try "Get Tanked" - going down the river on a picnic table in a plastic "tank". Its a Hoot!! For more information, go to www.get-tanked.com.

Camping

Ahhh... the joys of camping. Crackling fire, the sounds of crickets and frogs in the distance and the roasting of marshmallows. Our camping area has been updated. Just south of the dam are 10 pads complete with electricity and with water hydrants available. There are several charcoal grills and fire rings in the area. Please limit your stay to 14 days.
